Springboard: One on one mentoring that keeps you on track with in-depth courses that fully teach the subject.
Pluralsight does not let just anyone teach their courses, but instead have a strict policy to only allow the best teachers to create one of their courses. Springboard is a learning platform that will allow any expert on a subject to create their own courses, as long as they pass a basic screening process. Pluralsight has more courses than Springboard. Even though Pluralsight limits the number of course creators on their platform, while Springboard does not, Pluralsight manages to have more courses despite this!

Learning Platform Review

Winner: Pluralsight
It was slightly easier to follow along & learn using Pluralsight
When I talk about platforms, I am talking about the ways that the site teaches you, like video tutorials, interactive projects and hands-on testing, as well as awarding certificates. I really like the Springboard platform, but not as much as the learning experience provided by Pluralsight. I do think both platforms are great ways to learn, but I found Pluralsight better suited towards teaching me effectively.

User Experience Review

Winner: Pluralsight
Pluralsight has a slightly better user experience.
When we review the platform, we are looking at the learning angles of the experience, but for the User Experience Review we look at everything else, including the sign-up process, the wait-times, the quality of courses, support, emails, billing and more. While Springboard is a great experience from an end-user prospective Pluralsight has the superior user experience overall. We recommend both services, but feel like Pluralsight has the edge in this category.

Final Thoughts

As you can see, when comparing Pluralsight VS Springboard both platforms win in some areas and lose in others. There are definitely people who will get more out of one platform, then the other, but on the whole you really can’t go wrong with either. Pluralsight is our recommendation, largely due to their focus on providing only the highest quality courses, but for some Springboard is still a better fit.
